To account for frequent collisions with moose, individual modules of the front section can be easily replaced. Advanced thermal and acoustic insulation guarantees a high level of comfort, even at speeds of 200 km/h.

The expansive livery extends along the entire length of the trainset, reinforcing its modern design concept. The low-set beltline continues seamlessly to the headlights, giving the train a dynamic, athletic appearance. The NSB brand graphics are subtly integrated into the broad colour bands, becoming more prominent towards the train’s ends.
