Fashionable Elegance 10,000 Feet above Sea Level
On the routes of the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn and the Gornergrat Bahn, all staff members with direct customer contact are now sporting a new uniform. The sporty-elegant collection impresses with its quality, functionality, and comfort. The striking outerwear features a refined pattern that unites the three mountain cantons of Graubünden, Uri, and Valais. The Graubünden ibex, the Uri bull, and the Valais star represent the cantons connected by the railway lines.
Nose ensured a brand-appropriate and unique look with Design Experience, incorporating many functional details. Employees were closely involved in the design process, providing feedback that led to practical adjustments. As the trains traverse 10,827 feet on their routes, employees must be able to adapt flexibly to significant temperature differences. Therefore, a summer vest was added to the collection during the trial phase, complemented by a new purpose-optimized fleece jacket. Additionally, significant adjustments were made to the cut to enhance comfort and functionality.
Since early March, the proud employees have been showcasing the new look on the trains, making the journey through the Swiss mountains truly distinctive.
