The employees were involved in the design process at various points. This made it clear how important flexibility is in everyday working life. This is because the work takes place both on the train and outside on the platform, and can involve a difference in altitude of several thousand metres in a very short span of time. The work outfit must therefore be adaptable to be able to react quickly to significant temperature fluctuations. For this reason, a summer waistcoat was added to the collection during the trial phase, and a fleece jacket was replaced with a more functional version.
